Learning about optimism & how powerful the mind is has significantly helped me! The first time I did visualization work with IGP, I had an indoor track meet that night and I hit the goal (and PR) that I visualized during my IGP session! It's been such a powerful experience so far!
As a Coach I have worked with mindset for performance. But after listening to Traci's mindset talk, on Inner Game Performance, (AKA) IGP. I was blown away. I wanted to learn more. So, I learned that she teaches athletes that a mindset isn't optional- it's the difference between rising under pressure or folding when it counts.
